Roundtable

Presbytery Roundtable (formerly Council) is a committee of the chairpersons of all Presbytery committees and the Board of Trustees, the Roundtable co-chairpersons, the Moderator and Vice-Moderator of Presbytery and four members at large. The Presbyter, Stated Clerk, and Treasurer are ex officio. Responsibility of Roundtable is to supervise and coordinate the work of Presbytery, including, but not limited to: reporting actions and decisions to Presbytery, reviewing and approval of all materials for Presbytery meetings, making suggestions and recommendations regarding committee proposals and policy changes, assisting the Stated Clerk in preparing the docket of business for Presbytery meetings and reviewing all budget items, per capita and requests for funds. Roundtable meets approximately a month before each Presbytery meeting.
